1. Refund Eligibility
At Shoya LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality services. Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur.
2. Service-Specific Policies
Software Development: Refunds may be considered within the first 7 days of project initiation if no significant work has been completed. Once development has progressed beyond 25%, no refunds will be issued.
Virtual Assistance: Services are billed monthly. Refunds for unused portions of the month may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Outsourcing Solutions: Custom agreements will specify refund terms based on the specific project requirements.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at shoyallc@gmail.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Services that have already been performed
- Any third-party costs or fees incurred
- Services purchased during promotional periods, unless otherwise stated
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
